Philosophy

Chesapeake Home Theatres is now in its 7th year of bringing new and exciting technologies onto the home. Since its inception, it has been the goal of the owner to have the highest level of customer service, create a truly personalized experience for the client, and create each system to meet the individual demands of budget, performance, and aesthetics. We realize that everyone's needs are different and always try to bring the highest level of performance to meet each client's needs.

Owner Bio

Rob Waters is a Baltimore native and has been involved with audio and video for over 12 years. He received a BachelorÕs Degree in Music from the Berklee College of Music in Boston. After graduating, he worked in local recording studios and worked the local music circuit as lead singer of a rock band. This experience has proven very helpful in designing audio and video systems by being in both the live and recorded areas of music. After a few years, the opportunity arose to work for an audio/video company at a time when the home theatre industry was starting to take hold. He has been in the industry since before the DVD player. (People always asked "do you think this thing will ever replace a VCR?") He believes that a successful business is measured by the satisfaction of the clients and whether they would refer that business. Chesapeake Home Theatres is a business built on nearly all referalls.
